QUESTION: I purchased World Championship Mah Jongg Solitaire, Gold Strike, World Conquest from CleverMedia years ago. I have my registration code, but need to re-download the game. Where can I find it?
We no longer sell these games as downloads. However, if you purchased the game in the past, and need to restore your copy, you can get them here: World Championship Mah Jongg Solitaire (Windows), World Championship Mah Jongg Solitaire (Mac), Gold Strike (Windows), Gold Strike (Mac), World Conquest (Windows).

NOTE: Our old Mac games will not run on Snow Leopard. These games are very old and have not been sold for years. We have no plans to re-engineer the games for Snow Leopard. Both Mah Jongg Solitaire and Gold Strike can be played online for free.

QUESTION: I bought one of the games a long time ago, and want to reinstall it. I downloaded the game, but I can't remember my registration code (or the one I wrote down doesn't work).

1. The name of the game you purchased
2. Your order number (if you have it)
3. The name you used to register the game
4. The registration code you received (if you have it)
5. Tell us what you would like to know. For instance, did you misplace your registration code? Are you not sure how to get a new copy of the game? Did you have another question?

If you do no hear back from us in 48 hours, please check to make sure you email is working properly. We respond to every email, but very often we are supplied with a bad email address or receive messages like "mailbox full" or "user doesn't exist" when we try to respond.
